Frank VaracalliWinner – SportsFrank Varacalli has put in tireless effort and an immeasurable amount of time as the president of Amesbury Sports Club. In addition to organizing programs in softball and hockey for the community, he has spearheaded many charitable events through the club to help a variety of organizations. Along with a dedicated crew of coaches and volunteers, he is the “heart” of this club. He is patient and approachable. Everyone in the community knows how hard he works to make sure the youth are kept active and happy. Varacalli is also an executive member of the Amesbury Canada Day Committee and puts in time every year, as a volunteer, to help this event run smoothly. Varacalli’s efforts ensure young people are encouraged to make new friends, to develop their athletic abilities over time and to just get involved and have fun. |
